Gusset RustlersMarquis of Lorne, Sunday 15th June 2008 I had heard about this residency last week on JVG's show, but I was busy that night. Kate was on the merch stand at the Band Who Knew Too Much show on Friday and asked me to come also. Luckily it wasn't as crowded as I heard it had been the week before, so I got to stand at the bar near where the band played for the first set and further back down for the second so I could talk to Cookie. I missed getting a photo of the amp blowing up, but I can't get everything. Also I was distracted by the loop of some woman pulling red yarn out of her mouth playing in a window across the street. It was a great show and the band has two more to do in their final residency before they call it a day. I am sure they will get a lot of people to come to the final shows and everyone will have fun.
