A little Pony Play!

It's a funny thing publicity. Beaconsfield the Musical got all the press and people blustering over it during the festival. If any of the people who wrote those stories had even gone to see five minutes of this show they would have wondered what all the fuss was all about.

I did enjoy the last play this company put on at Ding Dong and even bought the DVD of one of their other shows. I have since seen Lee and friends around town at the Muppet film festival which was a fun few nights.

As I knew what I was up for this time I had a bit more to drink before I went to the show and it helped me enjoy the show heaps more. My favourite parts of the show were when someone behind me was pleading "No! Please don't!" to some of the lines. There was lots of blood and guts and grease off the rod during the course of the story and they will have to do really good next time to top it.

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay around to have a drink with the cast this time, but will hopefully do so after the next show.
