It's been a while since I saw Sarah play with a full band (Vic Night Markets), so I was looking forward
to the launch and even arranged to have a day off the next day.

I knew it was going to be a smaller show than usual as it was the middle of the week, but that was good
as all Sarah's close friends were there and it was a good atmosphere. I have been to the Spanish Club
a couple of times now for various shows and events and I like the front bar. This time I had Spanish Donuts
and chocolate, which were great and highly recommended.

The new EP "Pirate Girl" is great and I have been listening to it at least once a week since I got it in February.
I also liked Sarah's new songs that are going to be on her new "Yippee!" album in the next couple of months and
she also played some songs she used to perform with GIT.

It was also great to see Chris Wilson & Sarah playing together as I haven't see them perform together since
the start of 2004 when they were doing a Monday night show at the Rob Roy. Suzannah Espie and Shulah Hanson
were also welcome additions to the lineup.

I had a really good time and I am looking forward to Sarah's new album later this year.
