The Junes at Penny Black 03/08/12

I arrived just as the Junes were starting, which was lucky as I didn't know if I was going to make it in time.
There was a big crowd out the back, but unlike the Retreat down the road there wasn't a line to get in the venue so I was able to walk straight into the front bar.
It was a good gig and at one point some people dressed as pirates turned up and had a dance. I was happy to see Gleny and Dougie Bull again who had driven down straight from a gig in Newcastle the night before to make it.
It was good to see the Junes again and hopefully they will play another gig in Melbourne before the end of the year.
