The Revelators at the Flying Saucer Club 05/08/12

I had been looking forward to checking out this venue since I heard about it.

It is associated with the Caravan Music Club, but there are different people doing the front of house and booking bands.

I was surprised to see so many people for the first gig as the Caravan took a while to get the same amount of people on a regular basis. I have heard that the gig the week after had to turn people away at the door.

The Revelators played well and I stayed for the first part of the show. I was a bit tired so I didn't stay for the whole show, but I heard it went well.

As the venue is down in Elsternwick I should be able to walk down there and home again if it is not raining, it is right on a tram line which is handy also.
