Sheppard at Ding Dong Lounge 11/10/12

Even though I was considering going to the "Now and Then" show at the Fringe Festival, it turned out for the best I was invited to this gig as I went to the Fringe for another show the next night any way.

I had not seen Bobby Flynn for a while, but thought I remembered seeing some of his band playing with other bands around town. I thought his set went well.

Renee Cassar and the Private Life were up next and the lead singer even got in touch with me the next morning to get some photos. I will look out for them around town.

This gig was Sheppard's first appearance in Melbourne and it went well for a Thursday night with 160 people in attendance for a new band's first gig.

On the way home from this show I was invited out to take photos of the "Shut Up and Dance" show at the Fringe Festival the next night, but that is a different story.
