Melbourne World Pillow Fight Day 2013
Federation Square, Saturday 6th April 2013
I had seen this was on and also it was Scott Guttermonkey Pollard's birthday so I decided to stop in on the way to the Cartridge Family and see him in his "Toy Knight" suit with the soft toys all over it. There were hundreds of budding photographers there, but I do never see anyone else's photos so don't know how they turned out.
It was a lot more rough than a BoxWars battle so I mostly stayed out of it. The first thing I saw was a camera get knocked out of someone's hands as they were standing right in the middle and pillows have a lot of kinetic energy from the swinging.
I left when a whole heap of feathers came out as I didn't want to explode my nose off my face from sneezing. I am sure everyone had a good time and hopefully it did not take too long to clean up.
