Sarah and Marcel at the Yarra Hotel 05/05/13

I hadn't had the chance to make it to this venue as yet and seeing Sarah and Marcel was the perfect opportunity to do so.

I also wanted to have something from the kitchen as I had heard about it also. Ended up having crinkle cut chips and buffalo wings with blue cheese, which at least meant I could not take photos until I finished eating.

There were a few people I knew out the back in the beer garden and Holly who used to work at Pure Pop behind the bar. It is a nice venue and has a family feeling like an older style country pub. There were lots of kids running around on the floor and it seems more people turned up later to have dinner.

I will try to get back there in the future and also drop in if I am on the way to a gig at the Tote and get off the train at Victoria Park.
