Tinpan Orange at Flying Saucer Club 20/04/13

Even though Mia Dyson was on at the Caravan Music Club, I had this gig in the back of my mind as it was a 'home ground' gig for the band and I knew it was going to be special for them as a lot of the audience was friends and family of the band. It was great to say hello to Jesse and Alex before the show when I arrived.

It was great to see Lauren Glezer again and she also remembered me. Roscoe James Irwin went well also

Due to the large amount of people I ended up right next to the stage and sat down for most of the show. I did give up my seat just before so Emily could sit down before she went on. It was a magical night and they even managed to win over some blow-ins who had walked in from the bar not knowing who was on. I am looking forward to seeing them again and this gig is definitely one to book if you want to see the band in Melbourne.
