Tiny Giants Album Launch 31/10/14

There were a lot of things on due to it being Halloween, but I had already done my bit dancing Thriller out at Ramsay St the previous Sunday so I did not feel the need to.

I thought I was going to be late to the gig, but when I arrived everyone was still outside talking. Due to the Junes gig being postponed down at the Barwon Heads Bowling Club, Sarah also made it up and Chris had just had a gig down at Yah Yahs and was in attendance also.

George from the Tiny Giants introduced the night and Fenn played an acoustic set, I had not heard him sing before so it was good.

The Dalai Samas and Dayzed also supported and I thought they went well.

Finishing off the night the Tiny Giants played well to an appreciative crowd of family and friends. Marcel Borrack even managed to make it to their set, which was great as he is usually busy. The band has been playing a few gigs around Melbourne recently but I have not been able to make it. They still are going to school at the moment so they have to do a lot of traveling back and forward at the moment.

I thought more people would get up and do some dancing, but most people seemed happy to just sit on the floor. I can't get up if I sit on a hard surface these days.

Hopefully I will get to see the Tiny Giants again soon.
