Fringe Festival Club, Friday 2nd October 2015

I had enjoyed this event last year and was looking forward to it again and had learned the dance that Anna was going to teach at Go Go class.

This year I did not go to as many fringe festival shows due to working and also I had a big weekend previously having the Shut Up and Dance show which I am probably not going to go to next year due to going back to the Grand Final Eve show at the Caravan Music Club hopefully.

There did not seem to be as many guest singers as last year, but everyone got to sing at least two songs and Anna even got to play drums on two of them.

Quite a few people dressed up for the night and there was even a costume competition at the end. Not sure if some of the kids would remember the 90s but it was good to see.

The event was packed out and there were 800 people in the line outside waiting to get in who could not as nobody was leaving. Everyone was told to come early as it would get full. Not sure if the event can get much bigger unless they move somewhere else which is probably not the case if they want to keep it in the main festival club.

Having a holiday on that day did not seem to change much except for having trams slower to get there. As I had spent too much getting home the previous week I got public transport home. I did get home late but I did not mind so much as I had enjoyed the night.
