Casey Bennetto Project at Bella Union 12/05/16

I was not sure that I was going to make it to this gig but it turned out for the best. Especially since someone gave me a present at the gig that allowed me to go to one of the Kew Callout gigs as I had not been able to make it. Casey's opening song was great as always and no doubt finished just before it was sung.

It is always great to see Charles Jenkins and I did try and invite more people to this gig, but I am not sure who ended up turning up due to it.

The covers section was great as Charles tried to flee the stage at one point and was restrained by Casey as he likes people to play outside his comfort zone.

Next month is with Sarah Carroll and I will try to make it to that one as I should have got Newstart in on the day.
