The Junes at the Winnebago Lounge 05/06/16

Winnebago Lounge, Sunday 5th June 2016

I had missed the Junes when they played in September last year due to having a festival on close to home so was determined to make this.

Due to wanting to hear the end of JVG's show (no idea why it was a bit of a mess) I turned up and there were no chairs left as all the oldies had claimed them.

It was still great to see the Junes again and in a much bigger venue than last time where I also had trouble getting a seat if I remember.

JVG even got up to do a song with the band "The monster mash" which it turns out they had done the night before at a private party in someone's shed in the country.

I would get the Junes to play at my party if I had the money but have not been working and it is difficult to organise a time for Gleny and Dougie to come down especially now they have the farm.

I did get to say hello to Gleny and Dougie but did not get to hang out afterwards as they had to drive straight home. Straight into the terible weather that was happening along the NSW coast at that point but they got home OK luckily.
