Moomba Birdman Rally 2016

Yarra River, Melbourne, Sunday 13th March 2016

Scott was running late and flustered so I did not end up getting tickets to the VIP area like the last couple of years.

I had to make do with a spot as best I could do and people stood in front of me at various points.

Did not seem to be as many entrants this year, but what there was raised a heap more money for their charities.

Seems like you need a team of fundraisers and support to get something up these days, but it is still good they have the smaller entries. I did put in some money to help with Scott's charity.

I did not hang around afterwards as I wanted to get back to Oakleigh for the music festival day. I will try to make it to the Birdman rally next year depending what I have on.
