Union Hotel Brunswick, Saturday 19th March 2022

I had last seen Xani live last year around the same time so I was looking forward to this show as I had missed seeing her in Come From Away and wanted to see her do some new songs.

I even ended up booking a table and having dinner at the venue as I wanted to enjoy it.

Was a heap of people there including some people who came in from the beer garden and ended up staying. I even got to say hello to Meg after going to see her exhibition opening a couple of weeks before. I did ask if Xani was going to see Casey and Scott the next day but she said she could not get tickets as the show sold out too quickly.

It was a fun show and all the kids liked playing with the neon sign hanging from the stage barrier. I will try to make it to Xani's album launch coming up.
