Eddi Reader
with Jen Cloher After a busier than expected weekend and having work to go to in the same week, I wasn't planning on going to see this gig. It was a last minute thing that I ended up coming and it turned out that I didn't have work after all. I enjoyed seeing Jen Cloher do a few songs at a private concert a couple of months ago, so it was great to see her again. I am looking forward to seeing her play in April now. I had seen Eddi Reader do the one song with the Band Who Knew Too Much down at Apollo Bay and it turns out I actually know more of her songs than I thought I did. Cheers to Sarah and her friends who I didn't know who was going to be there. For a week night show it went fairly late and there wasn't a set break, everyone seemed to have a good time and a lot of the audience sang along even in the songs that didn't have audience participation. Eddi Reader will be playing in Canberra and Western Australia coming up, so I am sure lots of people will go to see her.
