Kustom Pinups Calendar Launch 2010
with Doug Dorr, Rockin' Rat Rods I had been looking forward to this launch for months after I found out it was going to be on my birthday as I missed the Pinup Deluxe Exhibition launch due to having to go do a photo shoot at short notice. As I ended up arriving early I went and had lunch at the hotel just around the corner and might do it again next time if I have the money. There weren't many people at the start of the exhibition opening, but the time I left heaps of people had turned up and the band had just started. There was a bit of a traffic jam of hot rods, so it is important to arrive early if you want prime showing-off spot for the day. I ended up leaving at 3.30pm as I wanted to go across town to see Suzannah Espie, but I am sure everyone had fun watching the band or standing outside the gallery drinking.
