Steve Lucas and the Empty Horseswith Kim Volkman, Kevin McMahon and Shane RussellPint on Punt Friday, 13th April 2007 Arrr....poop! I knew I should've checked with Steve Lucas or Miranda before this show. I had told everyone that Steve Lucas and Kim Salmon were playing and even advertised the show through the Pint's Myspace page as such, only to find it was Kim Volkman who was playing instead. It was still a good show and also having Kevin from Frank Lee Earnest and the Empty Glasses on guitar was a nice touch. If you have seen Steve play with X, then it is a lot more laid back than that and the audience enjoyed the show. I will try to get to more of Steve Lucas' gigs in the future, but I will see how I go this year as I am having a rest at the moment. |
