Brunswick Bash 02/05/21

13/13/2021

with Pollyman, Foggy Notion, Roller One, Redspencer and Private Stash
Brunswick Ballroom, Sunday 2nd May 2021

Looking again at the times I had misjudged the finish so I was able to stay to see all the bands. I had not seen Pollyman for a while so I was looking forward to them.

It did seem like a lot of bands for a Sunday afternoon gig and I was disappointed more people did not stay to see Pollyman, Davey Lane is a big fan of their as they did support for You Am I recently.

A lot of George and Fenn's friends from down on the Bellarine Peninsula also turned up, it was a bit difficult to work out who everyone was as I had not seen a lot of them since I was going to Queenscliff Music Festival still.

I did not really know much about the other bands on the line up apart from Foggy Notion and Roller One who I had not seen for at least 10 years. Too much jibber-jabber during Roller One's set.

Surprising myself I even had dinner at the venue, next time I have the vegan wings and chips and no garlic bread as it was way too much.

There was a lot on that day so they were lucky to get all the people they did. I will try to see Pollyman again soon as they have a new song they are recording.
