Warner Brothers 10/01/21

23/23/2021

Gasometer Hotel, Sunday 10th January 2021

I had missed the Warner Brothers gig at the Lomond Hotel late last year due to it selling out. Also due to there no longer being gigs out in the courtyard there will be no live music there for the foreseeable future. I had been to see Dan and Al the weekend before Christmas but ended up leaving early as it had been a long day. The band is going to have a break after these shows and will be recording a new album so I thought I would at least see one of them.

It was very hot that day but luckily the roof for the venue was open. Still ended up drinking a lot more than I usually would at a gig and ordered a burger from someplace else as the kitchen wasn't open as yet.

It was a great gig and a lot of the old regulars were there, I ended up leaving during the second set as the trams get a bit too infrequent for my liking and trains were stopping after 8.30pm on my line.
