I wasn't going to go out to anything on the weekend after a busy few weeks with the comedy festival but this came up and having missed Hannah Croft's band I didn't want to miss Katie too as I don't know when I will get to see her again.

Support for the day was Stella Who, one of Katie's students from her singing teaching it turns out. I thought they went well.

KIT is different to the music of All Our Exes Live in Texas as it is more rock and not folk. I am used to seeing people in different types of bands as one of the guitarists who plays with Kylie Auldist also plays in metal band Barbarion so it is not the big for me to go see different genres of music and see the same people.

It was a good gig and I am looking forward to seeing KIT when they come down in the future as long as they don't clash with other members of their band. Baby Velvet (Hannah Crofts) and Georgia Mooney's Supergroup already have a show on at the same time.
