The Cartridge Family 09/04/23

25/25/2023

Union Hotel Brunswick, Sunday 9th April 2023

I had heard about this show a while before it was on but had to wait until it was confirmed. Also due to having the comedy festival on at the same time I had to keep swatting other things out of the way and keep the time reserved. Unlike last year I did manage to book a table and didn't need to join someone else's. In fact some people ended up joining mine as it turned out, hi Diz!

As with last year I gave Sarah a big chocolate Easter bunny which she choose to share with the band. Was still funny to have Suzannah ask "where's mine!"

The band is going to record a new album this year and now has Jack O'Dell on drums so it might have a more Western Swing type beat going forward.

It was a great show and the next gig I am going to at the venue is my friend's birthday.
