Brunswick Ballroom, Sunday 17th September 2023

Despite people complaining about "another" Gram Parsons tribute I was excited to see this one as the last one I had been to was at the Caravan Music Club 11 years ago. Also having Loretta and the Dusty Millers play helped too. My leg was starting to hurt quite a bit more due to a busy weekend and it was so slow to get in. I ended up going down to Hunger Den for dinner due to knowing the kitchen would be busy.

There were quite a few people on the line-up and it was hard to pick a highlight. The band was great and seemed to be on point for all the songs.

I would say that the venue was as full as I had seen it since the Dolly Parton tribute shows, All Our Exes Live in Texas or Eilen Jewell so it was a popular show. Could not get a seat to be able to have a rest so ended up standing for the show.

Luckily I made it almost to the end of the show and got to see the Dusty Millers and Loretta and one song by Matt Walker but it was running long and I had to get an Uber home so I ended up leaving early. Was a bit of pain to get down the stairs and I am not going out for a couple of weeks to recover but I was glad that I went.
