I had seen this gig was on but was not sure I was going to make it especially with Sarah's launch the night before. Thanks to Barbarion for putting me on the door and making me their official photographer for the night and indeed for any of their gigs I want to go to. Had to laugh at Myles running away when I tried to talk to him as did the band and someone buying me a pint.

I thought I was going to be OK standing for this one but had to ask 'SOS' for a chair again to sit down when my leg started hurting too much.

As expected I ended up taking most of the photos for the night of Barbarion especially of Myle's belly and him interacting with the crowd. I believe this is the first LGBITQ+ event I have seen them at. I am sure they would go down great at "Southern Bear Nation" if that indeed still exists, I only know it from the poster I saw once and would not know what happens there.

Surprisingly for me I ended up buying some of the main band's merchandise the vinyl whip as it seemed fun and original.

Due to not really feeling up for it, people holding their phones in front of the stage and the main band already having photographers and a film crew I only lasted the first few songs. They do have a very theatrical type of show and a lot of people who seem to be super into them and have been going to see them for a while and know all the jokes.

I retired up the road to Mr Hollywood pizza to have a small Aussie pizza, loudly complain about being barred from Revs and an upcoming family court date. I will try to get to see the main band again soon now that I have been introduced.
