Rainbow Hotel, Sunday 14th April 2024

I had been busy with the comedy festival so had not been to any gigs while it has been on.

As the show I wanted to go to was on a Sunday evening the time worked out perfectly and there was an extra show in the city I went to before that one too that came up at the last minute.

Due to the gig being popular I could not get a seat inside and ended up sitting out in the beer garden for the first bit.

Luckily for the rest of the gig I got to sit on the family table up the front.

Was a great gig and I was glad to have seen this band finally. This is more the casual band for all involved and seems to be the next iteration of the Heartbrokers.

They did go a bit longer than they had planned but there was still quite a while before the show I was going to so I ended up walking all the way to the city and there still was half an hour when I got there. I remember doing this a lot more back in the day.
