The Tote Front Bar, Sunday 3rd March 2023

As it was still early and I saw The Cha Cha Chas were on I decided to stay for this one and have a pint of the creamy soda on tap as I enjoyed it a lot when I had it last. The band even gave me a drink off their rider as one of them wanted to try it out.

Dirtbag came down from Captain's Flat in NSW for this and a couple of other gigs (and went to the museum they said) and let their daughter sing on one of the songs much to everyone going "awwww!". Not many photos of them as it was just them with a hessian sack over their head.

Thee Cha Cha Chas were trying something different and not playing the drums this gig. They said they have moved close by so are down here a lot now. It is always great to see them and I enjoyed the gig. I probably could have stayed longer but I didn't want to leave it too late getting to the Sillyfest Launch but there was hardly anyone there when I got down there. Maybe next time I will stay here a bit longer and get dinner down at the Lulie Tavern.
