I saw this was booked a while ago but was not sure if I would be able to make it due to the comedy festival and such. Thankfully I saw some stuff a couple of days before and decided to just go see this show on the weekend instead of going to any other events.

Was quite busy by the time I got there and I had gotten dinner just down the road as I did not get a seat and I got there too early to sit down really.

Before the show I got to talk to Freya, which was nice as I had not seen her for a while.

The support act was a band I had not heard before called Peepers who seem to be pretty new. They did a lot of whistling songs, just wished that more people would have not talked through the whole thing.

As usual with the show they did two sets and also the ragtime piano in the intermission but Freya came down at sat at the piano to sing this time and a few more people came back early to play in the set break.

They even managed to do an encore but I left early so I would not be stuck behind everyone going out as my leg was sore and I wanted to get to the tram.

Was a great show as always, the same crew is doing the James Bond themes coming up but I have already booked an album launch across town. Will be at the fundraiser gig the next day the same venue though.
