Lomond Hotel, Sunday 27th July 2025

I had the Friday off before this gig due to Emily Lubitz's album launch but still wanted to go to this one before MIFF as I put my foot down and wasn't going to go to any gigs during it as it is just too much for me these days. Ian Bland said hello coming in but somehow vanished and I never saw him again. I could have brought along the photo I gave to Loretta if I had known!

Special event for the days was the new song "Poodle Zero" and also a few other songs they snuck in or I had not heard that much. Considering most of the audience can sing their songs these days I am sure they can include one or two new songs occasionally!

I was going to leave early so I could get home due to train replacements but Sarah said she could give me a lift as I was leaving so I stayed. I did have to stay for the band to have dinner, fair enough!

Going out I saw Andy who was no doubt up the back for the whole show. Was a good night and I was glad I went again.
