RRR Performance Space, Friday 19th September 2025

I missed the Chris Wilson tribute nights previously due to MIFF being on and having to work as they were during the week. Luckily Max decided to have some of the same band return for his 40th anniversary show and I was asked if I would be able to come. Luckily, I was able to get ticket from the subscriber giveaway and even arrived on the same tram as Max.

Due to being caught up with someone in the Lomond talking I got there and most of the good chairs had been taken so I had to sit in the corner. Not that I can crawl around on the floor like Laura does anyway (I did get some nice photos of her during the show.)

It was a great live to air show and does make up for me missing the shows previously but I can't be everywhere these days due to not getting as much money these days and I have to give two weeks' notice for time off.

Considering how many photos I had already taken during the week this hardly seemed like any photos and I made sure to do these ones first. The ones from the night market took about five days.

Hopefully there is another tribute gig sooner rather than later and I will if I can make it again. Not sure if there are any other anniversaries for RRR ahead of the 50th for the station next year. Not sure if I will just cheap out and just have my birthday at theirs or even have any at this stage.
