Way Out West Roots Music Club, Sunday 14th September 2025

I had booked this a couple of weeks before and did not know I would be out every day on the same weekend but as the Saturday was just a movie and this was closer to home than usual, I didn't feel like I would be too worn out. Due to having other stuff on I kept missing the gigs of this band and I wanted to see them.

Trying to save money I had lunch before I left home but next time, I would definitely have lunch there as it seemed nice enough from the cheesecake I had. Even Max Crawdaddy said he would be taking one home.

Alison did not seem to know when Suzannah's album launch was on but Kerri Simpson and Dodgy did. I was looking forward to it.

It was a fun gig and I ended up staying for the whole thing even though I thought I might not do so. It does make a big difference being closer to home and actually having trains to get home. I ended up putting my camera away for most of the show as it was going to be the same photo mostly. Was great to see them again and I will have to get Kerri Simpson's voodoo inspired album after hearing her doing an interview mentioning it on the Australian Musician YouTube.
