Pollyman Stole Christmas

After a bit of a struggle of a week to be honest I was glad to get out to this even though it was going to be a very busy weekend.

Got to call into Welcome to Thornbury even though it was packed with Christmas parties and get to have dinner from Woking Amazing as I had not been for a few months.

I had last been at this venue in June for Twinkle Digitz and knew I could get a seat so I got one early and put my bag on it in between sets.

Had not seen either band before but I thought they went alright. Sorry for the person who said I flashed them in the eye I did not mean to I thought I was deflecting it up. The lights there are not the best.

One of the members of Pollyman had gone home to the USA for Christmas but it was still good to see the rest of the band. They even had some new songs and I am looking forward to their album early in 2026 on Cheersquad Records if Wally Meanie being there wasn't enough to say that. I ended up staying a lot longer than I usually would have and thanks for Sarah for giving me a lift to Clifton Hill station. Was still pretty late by the time I actually went to bed. The next couple of nights I went straight to bed when I got home.
